  • During your application, you will be invited to complete a Tuition Profile. This involves a brief survey and tax documents. Your Tuition Plan will be based on your income, assets, responsibilities, and debt. An independent third-party firm will review your Tuition Profile to determine your Tuition Plan. This external assessment guarantees the integrity of our Tuition Model, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and objectivity. Within 14 days of receiving all required material, we will confirm your personalized tuition offer for the upcoming school year. Our Tuition Model revisits the process annually, aligning with the re-enrollment.

  • Key consideration factors include, but are not limited to, household income, additional assets (e.g., property ownership), debt (e.g., student loan debt), the number of children enrolled at TCS, and educational and childcare costs for other children in the household.

  • Tuition at The Compass School includes supervision Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM in a safe and supportive learning environment. Educators are present in classrooms to guide learning activities, supervise common areas and play, and accompany students on field trips. For students in Discovery Class II, Discovery Class III, Adventure Class I and Adventure Class II, personal technology devices are also included.

    Tuition, in addition to grants and donations, contributes to funding the school's operating costs, which include but are not limited to: the salaries and benefits of teachers and staff, the investment in curriculum development and materials, the cost of technology infrastructure and maintenance, and teaching supplies and learning equipment.

  • Our Tuition Model is designed to ensure equitable contributions from families based on their financial circumstances. While annual giving is not expected or mandatory, we appreciate your consideration if your family is in a position to further support the school's growth and development.
